Important bits for all Monty's Tickets:

Sessions will not be cancelled because of weather.  Please remember to dress for the elements, the majority of Monty's is outside!

Each child must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.

Please remember to bring shoes suitable for indoors for enjoying the indoor play!!

Our Monty's Cafe and coffee kiosk is stocked with sandwiches, homemade traybakes, snacks, ice lollies, juice and of course the same awesome coffee we serve in our Ardardan tearoom.  Picnics / snacks brought from home are no probs at all, and can be enjoyed in our picnic areas dotted around the park. 

We ask that only food purchased from our cafe is enjoyed in our indoor play barn (with the exception of dietary required snacks etc. of course)

While tickets to Monty's are non-refundable  we know that things can change and life happens!  So if ever you can't make a session don't hesitate to drop us a wee email to bookings@montysfarmpark.co.uk and we will be delighted to do all we can to change your booking to another day or give a credit to use at another time that suits.

Birthday Parties

Please note, the deposit is not refundable.

If you need to cancel your party or would like to look try to arrange for an alternative date please email us on bookings@montysfarmpark.co.uk.  While we can't guarantee we will do our very best to rarrange to another date.

Party numbers must be confirmed at the latest 72 hours before the party date.  Please take note of the minimum chargeable numbers.  Party numbers cannot be decreased after confirmation a few days before the party.  If numbers increase please let us know we wil do our best to accomodate and charge accordingly.  If numbers decreae the charge for the confirmed number will still apply.  (e.g. if party numbers are confirmed at 10 and only 8 children are able to attend on the day the party charge wil remain for 10 as we will have catered for these numbers)

We are here to help with all the details so aim to make all parties at Monty's special for little ones and as stress-free as possible for adults!
